Saved in Las Vegas in the late 70s as a radio news director, Mary and her husband Keith started a church in Santa Barbara, CA, in 1980. At the end of that decade, the Hudson’s became traveling evangelists. Mary also wrote for Charisma and Christianity Today.
Keith and Mary have always had a strong prophetic ministry together. The Lord spoke to them during a Pat and Buddy Harrison conference in 1979 that they would flow together in the gifts for the rest of their lives. In 2004, Mary was called to minister in France. After two years of preaching throughout the nation, a minister told her they don’t allow women preachers in that country; Mary laughed and said, “Too late now!”
Mary’s book Smart Bombs is about how to tear down strongholds “with the explosive word of God,” is available in French and Spanish. Her newest book, Joyful Parent = Happy Home is being released by Harrison House in February, 2015.
